Slinga Fitness' Mummy & Me Aerobics is a structured Personal Trainer group session, in a similar style to the babywearing class, in which your little ones are welcome to come along while you exercise. You can participate at your own pace, with each exercise being altered to suit your requirements with postnatal fitness at the forefront of the classes design.

Expect more floorwork and activities that you would be unable to perform in the babywearing classes; this class is all about postnatal strengthening & abdomincal focus.
All fitness equipment will be provided including weights and resistance bands, enabling you to modify the class intensity to suit. 


You can stop at any time to tend to your little ones, and jump back in when you are ready. Toys, mats, etc will be provided next to you, or else they can stay in their pushchair, whichever suits your requirements best... babywearing will be an option if required.

After class, its time to socialise! Expect hot drinks & nibbles, 



How do I book?
Standard booking for Slinga Fitness! PAR-Q forms must be completed by all customers before attending classes; customers must be a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum if natural birth, up to 10-12 weeks for c-section. If you have already completed a PAR-Q form for babywearing fitness, then you do not need to complete another unless anything particularly has changed on the form
